We purchased the Slumberland Sutton after a recommendation from one of the Ozzy Park staff and its by far the best mattress we've had. It was delivered super quick and team's communication was on point & friendly. The entire process was a breeze, will definitely shop here again. Has beds. Seems to be getting new managers and staff, which looking at a few other comments is a good thing. Prices are comparable and service isn't bad. Could do with a spruce up.Edit - went in recently and bought another mattress. Staff were in uniform, attentive but not pestering and they seem to have made improvements on the inside. No complaints

Excellent service from beginning to end. Arlene listened to my requirements and took the time to offer and discuss my options with absolutely no hard sell and complete respect for my budget. I was made to feel at ease to try out beds for as long as I liked and never felt pressured to make decisions there and then. Unlike many other bed stores, the staff here don’t earn commission on sales and it really shows in their refreshing attitude. Communication was also excellent, all other aspects of my purchase went well without any problems. The only thing I would change is it would be better if they accepted Amex for payments.In all, a very positive experience. Thanks Arlene and staff.

Tono provided amazing service. We purchased beds for our new home. Her knowledge on all products was second to none. She helped co ordinate other furniture, accessories and bedding. She was patient and guided us through everything with ease. We would definitely seek to use Tono again for any future purchases.
