The bed I bought was fantastic! Was served by the store manager Chloe who was very informative and gave stellar recommendations, I would recommend all my friends to visit Bedshed O'Connor as they truly have the best customer service!

I recently decided to start looking at purchasing a new mattress and a new bedframe. I went to Bedshed to have a look, where we were greeted by Chloe who assisted us with getting a better understanding on the type of bed we were looking for. Chloe was very knowledgeable and transparent with answering all of our questions and provided us with expert advice so that we purchased the right bed for us. We were so impressed with the level of service and knowledge,we purchased a bedroom set and a new mattress that day. We would highly recommend this store,and we will be back :).

Chloe and the team at BedShed O’Connor were excellent with their customer service and product knowledge. Of all of the mattress stores in the area, Chloe was the best sales assistant who could provide us with a detailed explanation of the mattresses types, and left us feeling like we knew what we were buying, and the value we were getting for our money.

We just went to bedshed O'Connor and received such amazing service and a price on a bed for our son. It's no often these days you get such a great deal and such friendly helpful staff. Thankyou we are so happy with our purchase

We bought a mattress from Bedshed O'Connor which had a manufacturers fault Chloe the Manager at the O'Connor store couldn't have been more helpful in resolving the warranty Issue together with the company Rep. We highly recommend purchasing a mattress here knowing you have a genuine warranty and a manager who genuinely cares about after sales service. Thanks Chloe.

I highly recommend the O’Connor store if you are looking for a bedding product. After receiving inadequate service from another local Bedshed store, I decided to email 2 other stores ie shop around! . Chloe, manager, responded to my email promptly and provided me with a quote and a “best price” that I was extremely happy with. After a few emails and her providing detailed answers to my questions, I came in store to place my order. Julie assisted me as Chloe was working at another store. Once again, I received excellent service from Julie, pleasant and extremely helpful. Later that day, Chloe followed up with an email just to make sure that I was happy with the order. Now that is service !!! Chloe should be very proud of the high level of service she provided to me and it is also reflected in her staff. I am so pleased that I travelled a little bit further to O’Connor rather than use my local complacent Bedshed store, as service was 10 out of 10 at OConnor.
