Excellent service from beginning to end. Arlene listened to my requirements and took the time to offer and discuss my options with absolutely no hard sell and complete respect for my budget. I was made to feel at ease to try out beds for as long as I liked and never felt pressured to make decisions there and then. Unlike many other bed stores, the staff here don’t earn commission on sales and it really shows in their refreshing attitude. Communication was also excellent, all other aspects of my purchase went well without any problems. The only thing I would change is it would be better if they accepted Amex for payments.In all, a very positive experience. Thanks Arlene and staff.

After being badly dealt with by another company I popped into Bed N Dreams and met Arlene...who went out of her way to help me,giving me options and a discount on my purchases...after leaving it didn't take me long to make my decision to take up her offer..made purely on her attitude to helping my bad experience into a pleasure to deal with her and giving full information on the products....well done Arlene

After visiting multiple bedding stores it was a relief to arrive at Bed n Dreams Midland and be greeted by Arlene. There was no pressure to buy, up sell pitches, or gimmicks. Instead we were shown exactly what we had in mind, and also given suggestions and feedback based on the obvious wealth of professional experience Arlene had. 10/10 would recommend and will be visiting again for all mattress and bedding related purchases. - Zack & Keisha

Excellent customer service from Jerry while looking to buy a new bed. Very helpful and non pushy. The Rockhampton Queen bed and matching bedside cabinets were of a high quality but the bedhead had a small but noticeable imperfection. I informed Jerry back at the store. He apologised for the inconvenience and without any hesitation arranged for a replacement bedhead to be delivered and fitted. I would like to add that the delivery guys, Rhys and Cameron, were on time, friendly and efficient. A great shopping experience from start to finish.Thank you, Jerry and Beds n Dreams.
