Must thank Hannah at Bedshed Joondalup for the service we have had over the last couple of months!YES! over the last couple of months we have had three separate trips to the store to buy 1. a new mattress and pillows, 2. new bedroom furniture, and 3. lastly a new bed to match the new furniture.Good advice and super easy to deal with as well as sorting us out some great deals, thanks Hannah.

Great service from going into the store to pick a mattress, to having it delivered. The young guy at Bedshed Joondalup was so helpful, we wanted something delivered asap and he got a list of the ones available for us, gave great advise on quality and which mattress would be a good one for us, arranged delivery, and also pickup of our old mattress, this was Wednesday afternoon, delivery was Friday morning and the two guys delivering the mattress were also great, rang to give us an approx time, then rang when we were next in line for delivery, quick in and out, took away the plastic covering from the new mattress all was done with a smile and a talk:) thank you to all Bedshed Joondalup staff and thank you delivery drivers.

Amazing products and services !We bought beds, mattresses, bed linen and sets from them.Had a young lad name Braidy who was very helpful on getting things sorted out for our family.Highly recommend this shop !

My wife and I were extremely impressed with Adam at Bedshed Joondalup, He was knowledgeable with his product and seemed to show a genuine interest in helping us find the right bed. The bed suite and mattress were delivered quickly and the quality seems to be great. After visiting a few shops Bedshed Joondalup was the standout for us.

We visited Bedshed Joondalup for the first time last Friday, and must thank Cathy for her assistance when helping us to find a bed. She was extremely friendly and knowledgable about the products, directing us to exactly what we needed. The bed was delivered today (Tuesday) and my hubby is putting it together as I type!Great service and products. Thanks Cathy and Bedshed!

We purchased an adjustable bed from Bedshed Joondalup and the team was so helpful. We needed the bed for a medical situation and so they arranged to get it out to us same day!! So grateful for the kind advice both in store and then the deliveries guys. Thank you.

Very happy with the service and product! Adam was amazing! He helped us to identify a good bed and pillows. Always returned the call and was very helpful and professional. Josh was also amazing, he assembled our bed did a great job. Josh was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend Bedshaed Joondalup to anyone looking for good products and excellent service.

Service was very helpful and welcoming, even though we did not end up buying from here. The entrance is tucked away so there is some undesirable behaviour nearby and discarded syringes. Nothing the store can do about it, but off putting nonetheless. I hope the sales team don't suffer too much because of this.

From my first call to Bedshed in Joondalup I was impressed with their professional and friendly service. Marie helped us not only find the most perfectly comfortable mattress for our sore backs, but also helped to secure us a great price and delivery. Bedshed Joondaup is tucked away from all the other hordes of bed stores, further down Joondalup Dr nearer Edgwater than Joondalup. If you want a great deal on an awesome new mattress, see them for sure.
