Beds N Dreams - Osborne Park

Should be called Beds N Nightmares.Bed arrived damaged after having to wait months for it after delays so a replacement was sent a week later, it also arrived and was unacceptable quality so third bed delivered - exactly the same issue plus cosmetic damage to add and on top of that! They also delivered a gas lift struts which weren’t even part of my order, so over the course of 4 weeks I had delivery guys in my home 4 times - a complete waste of my time!Spoke to the Manager Ben who was very dismissive of me & said he doesn’t see anything wrong with the bed being out of alignment or the cosmetic faults, so I felt like I was being fobbed off and discriminated against because I’m a woman, so I wrote to the store requesting to deal with the store owner directly as I no longer wished to deal with Ben, but the Store owner never bothered to contact me which left me still having to deal with Ben who IMO needs a refresher in customer service.I’ve had to lodge a consumer complaint against this company because the compensation amount they offered was insulting - not even 10% of what I paid for the bed & I’m someone who has spent well over $3k in this store, so buyer beware.

Horrible customer service.Housemate ordered delivery, and removal which was included on the invoice. When the delivery men came they denied removal, called the store who also denied ever knowing about the removal.I had to pay $70 out of pocket, when removal was only meant to be $35.I then contacted the store to see what the idea was, they played the miscommunication card and refused to accept they had messed up.Scam artists!I am unable to give a 0 so I give you a 1!

Beds n Dreams had been recommended to us, and we weren’t disappointed. They had a great range of food quality bed frames and mattresses on display. Tony looked after us ... his product knowledge was amazing and he was incredibly patient as we took our time choosing the right frame and mattress. We were incredibly happy with the service and can’t wait until our new bed arrives!

Went into this store as I was in need of a mattress, but had no idea what kind of mattress I needed. Becky Morris assisted with what mattress she would recommend that would be best for my sleeping positions. Her knowledge and guidance was outstanding, she was so helpful, without being too pushy at the same time. Most other stores you go in and the staff won't leave you alone, and I dislike that as it makes me uncomfortable and not want to be there anymore. The experience I had in beds and dreams with the help of Becky Morris was so pleasant. She left us to have a look first and assisted when we had questions. She's that good my parents ended up buying a mattress too! Fantastic Customer service given by Becky, she was a delight! Would recommend this store over all others!

My wife and I went all around town for information on beds. In general, we received good service but nobody told and explained more to us than Tony from Beds N Dreams! We were originally told about this company by a close relative who was also extremely happy with their service and quality.We loved how much attention to detail and useful information we received to be able to make our final decision.It gets confusing when you are not sure what you are dealing with but when you have it all explained along with top service by their whole group and along with a great deal, you appreciate all of this! Thanks for the great shopping experience today. Becky was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and helped find the perfect mattress for us, all at a great price. We were taken through the range starting from the most affordable which made a nice change from being asked about budget and getting taken straight to the range to blow it all. We purchased our sons mattress earlier this year and had a similar great experience.

Although the store didn't have the product we were looking for. We were welcomed into the store. The ladies were lovely. We wish you had the product we wanted cause would have gotten a sale! But lovely furniture and will definitely be back another time.

Unsure of what mattress we really wanted, we were assisted by Shirley who knew her products and was not at all pushy. We returned to see her again a week later after being to other retail stores. We ended up purchasing the mattress and a bedroom suite. Shirley gave us great customer service and we were looked after with the price as well. Highly recommend this store!

The lady who sold this bed was great. Marie was friendly and a good listener. Marie also gave us a very good price. Marie later helped us with arranging delivery before due date which was excellent customer service. We are very happy with the product so far. last but not least, the delivery guys were amazing, very good guys and professionals. 5 stars
