Atten to the place of purchase and really didn't want to know about it. Stated if it got really hard then they would have a look at. Had to get the ACCC involved to obtain a warranty claim. And will never peraonel buy from bedsheets again and strongly recommend purchasing elsewhere

Fantastic service. I had purchased a mattress here a couple of weeks ago. For my daughter from Glynn. He gave us great advice and service. I went back and purchased the same mattress for myself and my husband today. We were fortunate to be served by Glynn again. Highly recommend Bedshed Rockingham.

THERESA!!! Who do I speak to, to get this woman a pay rise!!?? Immediately!! I telephoned this marvelous creature yesterday to reorder a bed and mattress we had previously. My husband and I recently separated and he took the bed. I’ve been sleeping on a camping mattress and couldn’t take it any longer. I loved that bed and wanted the same. I arrived instore today and Theresa advised that there were a couple of issues- but she did not present me with problems. Noooooooo-this Wonder Woman had SOLUtions! My bed was out of stock…until August..but she sourced one from another store. My mattress was discontinued- so Theresa contacted the manufacturer to find out what the replacement version was.Customer service was eleventy out of ten. BedShed-please recognize and appreciate the special staff you have at your Rockingham store - because there is no where else I will be going in the future thanks to you team-did I mention THERESA!!!

Best experience we’ve ever had at a store. Had Glynn help us, great knowledge, really friendly, great communication, couldn’t be happier with the service. Will definitely recommend to others and we’ll be coming back in the future. Absolutely amazing one on one service.

I have been to Bedshed Rockingham several times over the last month and Theresa has been so very helpful each time. I purchased an adjustable bed and it took me a while to make my final decision to invest in a good bed with a good mattress to help my unusual medical condition. Theresa was friendly, not pushy at all, always greeted me with a smile, listened to my situation and accordingly gave me great advise as to what would work best for my situation. She remembered who I was each time and was very understanding and helpful when I had my crying newborn baby with me in store...when many other retail staff (at other organisations) have sneered at me as if wanting me to take my baby and leave. Thank you so much, Theresa for your time, care and service.

Fantastic service, walked in and was immediately greeted by Glynn . He was a great laugh and alot of help. So happy we decided to have a look. Nothing makes your shopping experience better than excellent customer service. Thanks heaps!!

Just picking up stuff for the bedroom suite we bought. Best price for quality furniture we found, staff friendly and helpful, the lady there sure knows her products.
